Brian Wilcove focuses on early-stage technology investments at Artiman. Current investments include ConteXtream, Enovix, Guavus and Runnable. Prior to joining Artiman, Brian spent twelve years in venture capital at Sofinnova Ventures and TeleSoft Partners. Previously, he cofounded Virtela (acquired by NTT), a managed global cloud provider; and also created, launched and managed Qwest Communication’s Internet product portfolio, which grew from zero to over $1B of annual revenue. Brian began his career at ANS (America Online). He received a BA in History from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Brian is a native of Philadelphia who now resides in the Bay area with his wife and two children, and is an extreme sports enthusiast.
