Don Ganguly is the founder and CEO of HomeUnion. Prior to HomeUnion, he was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of what is now Oracle Financial Services BPO (originally Equinox), a subsidiary of Oracle, that provides loan processing, servicing and back-office financial reporting services for banks and large private equity investors. Don was also co-founder of NexGenix, a leading IT services firm (acquired by TCG).

Don has a degree in engineering from IIT, Kharagpur, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School.
