Arlene Doria is President & CEO at Defineqa, a biotech startup developing low-powered, acoustic microfluidics for portable diagnostics. Defineqa has a patent-pending, platform technology that was originally developed at the University of California, Irvine with funding from DARPA and the NIH. Defineqa, is developing, FitQA, a novel home test to monitor inflammation. This platform will be the foundation for many applications in digital health. She has previous been responsible for analyzing performance data of point of care cardiovascular diagnostic products.
Arlene received her Ph.D and her M.S. in Biomedical Engineering and her B.S. in Biological Sciences and Chemical Engineering from University of California, Irvine
